Arriving/Departing Arrival times are required where ever possible You must check out by 10:00 hours.

Cancellations Bookings must be cancelled 2 days in advance of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 1 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged

Payment We accept all major credit cards with exception of American Express Mastercard Switch Visa - Visa Electron Meastro Solo

Terms are strictly payment on arrival in full Cash or Cheque (with current bankers card) Credit Card details are required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the booking.
