Coming east from Cardiff into Swansea on the A483 you then are on the the A4067 once you have crossed the River Tawe, go past the leisure centre take the right hand turn directly at the lights at Tesco's, half a mile further on turn right at the Kingsway roundabout and first left up hill for a matter of 150 yards, turn left at the lights at top of hill, Mansel Guest House is on your right hand side 150 feet from lights.
